Last year, I weighed 170 lbs and I am currently 146. I’m posting these to give a sense of motivation and a reminder that hard work DOES pay off. Just because you don’t see results right away, doesn’t mean it’s not working!! My body is not perfect, but I am aiming for healthy :)
